"use": "Export with scope and format. A dialog says what goes out, in which format and how many records that is, and only then the file is made. Take it wherever what is exported varies — the view, a selection, everything. Where the same file goes out every time, a button with a clear label is enough; where the same output is needed every period, it is a saved report (SC06), not an export.",
